Is 2024 your year to make a move? I’ve got 2 openings for my 1:1 work in April…one of them could be yours.
Come inside this season to “overhear” thirteen 1:1 conversations I had with fascinating women I know. At the heart of each of these conversations is one particular question: When you look at the world we’re living in…what’s on your mind—and how did it get there? Inspired by Robin Wall Kimmermer concept in Braiding Sweetgrass, each woman brought “3 strands” to this conversation—and together we take turns holding and braiding to create a delicious tension that leads to some illumination of the web around us.
Listen to all the stories told from the SheSpeaks stage again—or for the first time—and tap into the magic and power of that event. The theme for this SheSpeaks was “Wellspring” and features the stories of Joanna Horton McPherson, Benedita Zalabantu, Gemma Dreher, Kayla Lewis, and Kat Joyce with Lael as the emcee, telling her own stories in between.
Listen to some behind-the-scenes reflections and never before published bits of my second book, Ignite: Lighting the Leader Fire. When I get stuck in a creative process, it helps to hear my writing aloud, so this was the season of getting it out—and then celebrating what was ultimately born and how what happened next.
Listen to all the stories told from the SheSpeaks stage again—or for the first time—and tap into the magic and power of that event. The theme for this SheSpeaks was “Sovereign” and was a two-night event, featuring the stories of Anne Morin, Louise Irele, Corinne Mockler, Lyn Carter, Nadine Farag the first night, and Ashley Dobbs, Rosa Slack, Molly Neuner, Robin Hodgskin, and Virginia Dearani the second night. Throughout both nights, Lael was the emcee, telling her own stories in between.
Hungry for some inspiration to help you catch your breath, get some perspective, and fortify yourself for the road ahead?
I’ve created three courses with some of my best stuff in them.
People have called these courses my “Mary Poppins bag of tricks” because they’re filled to the brim with strategies, frameworks, practices, rituals and activities to try—they’re a “spoonful of sugar” that keeps spooning.
These courses are on-demand, so you’ll get a PDF of it emailed to you immediately upon purchase.
Lael creates heart-opening, mind-opening, body-opening, possibility-opening structures in which women can play. She gives us guides and guidance and ways to pay attention. And then she gives us total permission to ignore all of it.
It was the perfect cocktail of masterful orchestration and gentle coaxing. The group settled into itself and in the deadest part of winter and magic happened.
I am profoundly grateful Lael has created this space to learn and grow, gather and discuss, and to take action. I’m learning on multiple levels.
Something incredible happened in this intimate group of women that helped me see myself more clearly. It blew me away.
Invite me into your inbox and I promise to make it worth your while with e-mails that feel like conversations.
