That’s where I come in.
I don’t just design and facilitate groups. I form them—with you in mind.
You don’t join groups lightly. Neither do I.
My groups offer you the chance to catch your breath and get inspired by new ideas, fresh perspectives, and different people.
These kindred-spirit groups are something I’ve been doing organically for years, but now are happening more purposefully. Harnessing the power of my match-making abilities along with the trust I have been given so generously by my clients over the years, I intentionally and strategically connect people in my SheChanges community. Centering on shared circumstances (entrepreneur, creativity and making art, being a C-suite executive, mothering, exploring the divine feminine), these groups are formed with you at the center. I will be your common denominator to orient you to each other and the process as your home tree takes root, but the magic is what happens over time beyond my involvement.
This is a six-week writing experience for women interested in mining for deeper levels of truth living inside them—using a pen. Resting on the belief that the answers to some of our biggest questions are already inside us, this highly-structured offering will hold you accountable to go in and get what you might have been avoiding—or pretending not to know. It’s all done over the phone, which contributes to its power because we create a safer—and more sacred—container that is only defined by our individual voices and the words we choose to share within it. To enter into this written word experience is to dip into a holy well of women’s wisdom that’s as old as time—and yet completely refreshing.
This five-month circle experience happens during the darkest part of the winter each year and is where it all began for me at SheChanges—sitting with the deeply personal question of what it means to be a woman. Each in-person gathering centers on a different topic designed to help us explore, define, and reimagine what we want our experience of being a woman to look and feel like—on our own terms and in our own way. This experience will plug you back into your own truth, unlock deeper levels of your power, and help you to hear your own clear voice that has been there all along–just waiting for a quiet moment to be heard.
These virtual gatherings are available seasonally for white women in my SheChanges community (including me) to do our racial justice work together. No training or content is delivered, and this isn’t a program or a bookclub—it’s just an invitation to show up, share any insights, resources, or learnings you’ve had, and learn from other white women who are doing the work of dismantling systemic racism—it’s activism, starting with ourselves. 100% of the registrations each season are donated to the Loveland Foundation’s Therapy Fund. This is the place white women do our work and pay it forward to Black women and girls.
This highly curated group is designed exclusively for women who have already made their way through the original 6-week In Her Words series. It’s a bit more accelerated – just 3 weeks this time— and includes a 1:1 coaching session with me to be used after the series. Because you’ve already participated in the initial series, you’ve got the process dialed in and know the drill each week. You’ve experienced the power of the Read Aloud and have successfully made it over the hurdle of sharing your words with a group of committed and courageous strangers doing the same. You’ve tasted the sweetness of the truth that can flow out of your pen. This experience offers a group of five women the chance to go in and mine for some more.
